Eligibility for Refund
To be eligible for a refund, the item you wish to return must be in the same condition as when you received it and sealed in its original packaging.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of receiving the product. Include pictures of the damaged items in your email. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions.
If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return address. Please ship the product back to us using the provided address (orders over US $50 should be ship with a tracking number). Once we receive the returned item, our logistics team will inspect it. If a replacement is available, we will send it to you. In case a replacement is not available, we will issue a refund of 95% of the purchase price for the item.
Please note that our refund policy allows for a maximum refund of 95% of the product amount in extraordinary cases. We are unable to provide a 100% refund due to the fees imposed by the gateway payment platform, which deducts its payment services charges.
We strive to ship products from the closest warehouse to your location, automatically recognized by our system when you visit our website. If you wish to place an order for a different country, such as shipping from the US to Mexico, please contact our customer support team for assistance.
Required Information for Returns
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, as well as confirmation of your identity.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification to confirm the receipt. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund, we recommend first checking your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
Unfortunately, sale items are not eligible for refunds. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a defective or damaged item for the same product, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be electronically sent to you via email.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be notified of your return.
In the event that we encounter situations such as running out of stock, we may offer partial refunds. In such cases, we will refund the price of the item(s) minus the payment gateway fee, which is 5% of the price.
Order Tracking for Returns over $50
For returns of items with a value of over $50, we require that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. This will help ensure that the returned item reaches us safely. We cannot guarantee refunds for returned items that are lost or not received by our team.
